Full title: 0.1.2.1 release with MOD_words + MOD_layoutbits + TinyMCE update

Summary

• MOD_words, with new 'edit mode' for translators
• MOD_layoutbits, with new avatars for forum and mainpage
• removing bw includes from rox, to avoid nasty side effects
• TinyMCE update to 2.1.3 stable
• new language switch mechanic without PRequest::back()

Collection of things needed to get current alpha online without introducing new bugs.

This stuff is waiting on alpha for some final bugfixing and small usability fixes for translators. It will solve a bunch of problems, and give translators nicer tools.
