I can't sign up as the browser doesn't recognize my address.

Hello M., you reported problems with our signup at We faced some problems with our database connection to the last days. Maybe you could try to register again. We believe the problem should be gone...

As a second question I would like to ask you what do you believe about the usability of our signup process. Was it easy to understand? Is the signup process to long? Would be great if you could help us to build a better community.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have 2 addresses (in Switzerland and France, both in the border) and so far I was trying to sign up with the french address but even today seems that the soft doesn't recognize it??? Therefore I just add my Swiss address and it worked, so fine! To answer your question, honnestly I always hate to sign up but I have to admit that the process of your signup is excellent... quick and easy!!! So the only thing I can say, as it is so easy, you probably should reflect and focus it on the 1st page. Like "EASY TO SIGN UP"! ;) Regards M.

I think we can close the issue.

Or should I ask him for the "not working" french address?

I am interested why the french address was not reconized by the geocoder.
