wrong dependency between input on the field 'mobile phone' and the field 'website'

There seems to be a dependency between input on the field 'mobile phone' and the field 'website': the latter is only displayed if the former contains characters?!?!

I tested this issue on production. Its a bug.

And yes, if you have a filled "website field" and a NOT filled "mobile phone field" the field: "Website" doesn't show up on your profile.

Other way around seems to work. (filled mobile phone and NOT filled website)
