Add a way to set the "current location" of a member

Description
Currently every member only has an address but he can't choose his current location while he's on travel. If we would give him a possibility to set a "current location" (and not change his hosting address at the same time), members that live at this location could be informed of his coming.
In the personal startpage is already a simple form (currently hidden) that could be extended and used for the new location setting.

The table addresses as a field named Rank
when I created the idea was that the address with Rank=0 was to be the main one. Other Rank values are supposed to be used for other addresses.
May be also a addresses.IsCurrent? could have done it
I am however not sure that this make sense with what Micha proposed which is more connected to a Location than to and address.
May be instead we could have members.LastIdLocationLocalisation? to store the last geoname_id the member said he was in or may, in future, to store some automatic geolocalization the member choose to connect with BeWelcome (I guess that soon or later such features will be available as service BW could use). Of course privacy is another subject ... Just imagine that some day some twitter thing could be able to provide your localisation to other web application
