I think I solved it.

It is to be keep under observation.

The context is : when you are not logged in, if you want to view a thread which belong to a group, this thread having a public visibility it should work.

The bug (described by Manuel) was that previously it didn't work.

If noone complain before July first, I would say this ticket is to be close
