Migrate Apps from PT classes to rox classes

Description
Apps should be migrated from PAppModel, PAppView and PAppController to the equivalent Rox classes. This will enable them to use entities and such things, plus it's going to be a shitload easier to switch frameworks when that time comes if all apps use the same base classes.
