message/newsletter: expeditor of the email sent to personal mailbox

when sending a message through BW the receiver gets a message via mail that he has a new message the sender of this message as you see it in your mial account is “message”. This just looks like... spam!

Change it into BeWelcome

same with a newsletter the sender is ‘newsletter’ change it to ‘BeWelcome Newsletter’

This is right and easy to fix, tis is define in mailbot.php and may be in config.inc.php
