Layout of notification mail when someone signup

There is a notification sent to admin when someone signup (this has been always useful to detect when signup was broken, because of missing mail for hours).

The point is the layout of this mail which could be improved

Here are the points I see:

1)      The title could be shorter (to be more readable in a mail client I would say remove the end “atBEWELCOME”) and the charset should be smaller (this will avoid the need to open the widow in full page).

2)      The country / City information could be on the same line

3)      The Candidate /E Mail could be on the same line

4)      The Feedback, if any Should be at the beginning of the message (sometime it is important to see it)

5)      The English or usual name for countries/cities should be the one to use with proper encoding

 

It is not of deadly emergency, . May be some accepter will add inputs

The feedback to be move to the top of the message is, in my opinion, the most important.
