Hi! I noticed something strange with the number of members shown for each city while using "find members > browse countries" in order to find a host. Usually less profiles than stated appear.

Random example: I look for members in Colmar, France. Browsing by countries to the region of Alsace I see there are 8 BW members there:

 http://www.bewelcome.org/places/FR/Alsace

But following the link to Colmar I see only 6 profiles:

 http://www.bewelcome.org/places/FR/Alsace/Colmar

Where are the two missing? Are they frozen/deleted? Or is there a counting bug? I thought it could be a privacy issue, but I cannot find any profile preference like "hide my profile to members".

It's not a single case, actually most of the cities in the "region page" pledge a higher number of members than profiles you can see in the correspondig city page.

By the way: Entering "Colmar" in the search field in "Find members > Map search" leads to no result at all...

Explanation:

The way the pages are counting the members differs. One considers only normal members. The other condiders the one temporary Inactive and may be out of Remind.

A decision about which one count is to consider.

Keep in mind that a member searching for a host can contact the three kind of thes above.

Some personal recent tests seems to show that the first problem is now solved for example : on

 http://www.bewelcome.org/places/FR/Alsace

there are 6 people in Colmar and on

 http://www.bewelcome.org/places/FR/Alsace/Colmar

there are also 6 people
