Adjust the donation page for the current need of BeVolunteer

Currently the donation bar http://www.bewelcome.org/donate shows that BeVolunteer needs 180€ per month.
As on the GA 2012 it was agreed to ask run only one donation campaign, the donation page needs to be changed like this:
- Display the info that BeVolunteer asks for 1000€ this year
- Make the "Help the project" tab the default tab on the main page, so that people notice the "donation thermometer"

I deleted also unused templates and moved the relevant templates to build/donate/templates

I tested on alpha. Seems to work. There is also a ticket with the missing Euro button. But this is another ticket :)

All translation need to be changed. Currently it says:
"This quarter 75.00 € have been contributed so far. Help us to reach 1000 € to complete the quarter!"
But quarter needs to be replaced by year now.

i added a new translation "Donate_bar_annual" via https://gitorious.org/bewelcome/rox/commit/1a47b5479693987e52765a53564e6b62ebcf2caf - it's cleaner this way. better to have an untranslated string than a wrong string.
the text now says for english:
This year 75.00 € have been contributed so far. Help us to reach 1000 € to cover our costs for the whole year!
is that ok?
