sql_query additional information

Description

old BW code use a dedicated sql_query() function as a central point to have all query to go thru. In addition, it append to the query a comment with the name of the page and the name of the current user.

The benefit is that in the mysql logs they are more information to understand which page and in which circumstances for example result in a logged SQLOW_QUERY

This is to keep in rox (and with more information if possible)
