Broken image view in gallery after deleting a picture

Description

If you delete an image in a gallery several views show: "image" instead of a picture.

The views are:

Solution

Replace the "image" with the next picture in the album. If you delete the last album picture show a dummy album picture.

Contains a phinx migration to clean the orphaned records that should have been deleted together with their parent. (n=314 in the testdb)

tested locally and seems to work. All "image" placeholders are filled with a pic now.

Not exactly the same, but so closely related that this should have been hit while testing. Maybe only tested with special rights? It seems to me it works great as long as one has 'Gallery' rights. Without, effectively nothing happens, because the app has no idea who owns the image and it needs to check that for security.
Fix in preparation.

@Tsjoek: We push stuff directly to beta (hotfixes) and work on the responsive version on alpha. I'm not sure if the code is already on beta or live. Please open a new ticket and attach to a new milestone in future as after some month we have to ready all the stuff again and think if its an old or new bug ;-)
