Remove "Urgent!" checkbox on Contact Us page

Currently there is an "Urgent!" checkbox on the "Contact us" page: to mark messages as urgent. This is misleading since the support team cannot answer these mssages any quicker than other questions. All questions are answered as soon as a volunteer who actually knows the answer to a given question has time to do so.

This has been discussed in the Support Team group and it was agreed that it should be removed.

Well, you could have still asked first. After all, the release won't come any earlier and this only matters after the release. :(

@dima42: Where did you test this? The code is deployed on alpha. So if you tested locally could you please check again on And close the ticket accordingly?


PS: I can't see a urgent tickbox anymore on /feedback.
