Add possibility to mark a spam message as being currently processed

In the Admin Spam tool you can only process a message as spam or uncheck the spam mark and process it as no spam. However, spam reports often require communication with the sender or receiver of the message before processing (= closing) the report. There is no way to mark that a spam message is being processed though, so several spam admins might work on the same report at the same time.

Please add a possibility to mark a report as being currently processed. Add the username of the person who is processing that message to this mark.

Please also offer an option to uncheck that mark (in case someone clicks it accidentally or would like to hand over to issue to somebody else).
