Split workflows in AdminWord

Description

Currently one form is being used for creating, editing and searching translations. This results often in confusing situations. Split the three workflows in distinct paths.

The start page of AdminWord? is still one form for all three workflows, no?

Startpage could be used to show some explanation for new translators:

Getting started:

  • Explanation of find words
  • Explanation of update words
  • Explanation of all words
  • ...

Just an idea ;-)

@sitatara: not really, but I see what you mean.

  • the function to edit translations is the one intended to remain anyway.
  • the 'find' button is still there but has quite a different function from the 'find words' page. It is mostly still there to be able to get the English sentence + description for a already known wordcodes (especially if it doesn't exist in your language, as these cannot be found by the find words page.) We might rename this button to make it less confusing. ( get code details ? )
  • and yes, it is still possible to create wordcodes from this screen. But it is no longer the easiest (only) way to do so. I expect that most people will use the create code page, but I don't really see a point in spending time to kill an otherwise correctly working function.

I think for these last two the old functionality isn't breaking anything and might be helpful to someone. The point here imo is that there is now a default straight way for these two functions.

@crumbking:
Generally speaking I don't like to put a lot of explanations on a main screen, because also experienced users will have to go through them every time which simply is annoying. That being said, a link somewhere in AdminWord directly to the wikipage with explanations wouldn't hurt maybe.

+1 Suggest a "Help" link to this page: http://www.bewelcome.org/groups/60/wiki

Thought this needs a rewrite.

Oh while we are at it. I have seen you moved to /build/admin/. Could we clean all files not used for adminwords in /bw/ ? This helps a lot. Could we also delete the files in /text ??? Seems to me old stuff.
