Forum: pagination links on bottom AND top ?

I thought, it might be a good idea to add pagination links on top of the forum thread. Currently, they are only at the bottom. This way, you will see directly that the thread has multiple pages!

I'm stuck here because it's rather tricky to change that. I would have to change the whole pages-function to do so...

So the question is: Is it worth it to work on this? Or should I close this ticket/move it to another milestone?
