Possibility to unsubscribe from single thread in group

From a support ticket:
It would be very useful to be able to unsubscribe to a particular thread. It seems a bit extreme to have to unsubscribe from the entire group in order not to get emails from one annoying thread.

I think it could be an easy change: now one can subscribe to groups and threads.

would be enough to send notifications instead than to people subscribed to Group OR Thread , to people that is subscribed to Group XOR Thread . would be sufficient to change the comparision.

Then with time one could change the wording in the preference pages, but having it working is very quick.
