#385 closed bug (fixed)

error message if a word is not translated in english

Reported by: lemon-head Owned by: lemon-head
Priority: minor Milestone: Legacy Resolved
Component: BW Internationalization Keywords:

If a word is translated in the chosen language, but not in english, a translator gets an error message. This is because MOD_words will try to read from a non-existing object in the function '_is_obsolete()'.

On, surfing in german (with translation rights):

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/bwrox/ on line 426

  • follow_up changed from none to test
  • Owner set to lemon-head
  • Status changed from new to assigned

[3918] removes the messages. Now it appears like the word is just 'obsolete'. If that's the solution?

Maybe we can get a better solution if we do some work on adminwords.php.

comment:2 Changed 11 years ago by lemon-head

  • freq_reported set to 1
  • show_on_bw set to 0

the solution is sufficient, but some work could be done on adminwords!
