add space as a tag separator in forum

People commonly separate their tags by space which is not recognized as a separator in the forum.

Please introduce it as separator. Affected build:
/build/forum

It seems better to not consider spaces as separators if the user actually uses commas.

of course it would be better to have space available for tags - though the past showed that members hardly used the "," for separation.

I would not use spaces as separators, sometimes you want to tag a post with a combination of words. (Users on test.bw already complained about that ;)
Sometimes a simple explanation that users should use the "," for separation can do wonder ;)
