I see the importance, but I don't think this should be an open bug in the bug tracker :)

The reason for this ticket is, that trac is (or will be) used not only by developers but by other volunteers as well. This might lead to some confusion as volunteer jobs get mixed with developer jobs and bugs but I think the benefit of having only one system to care for outweighs this.

To keep things separated there are different "types" you can choose from:

• volunteer attention, volunteer task can be chosen for non developer stuff and show up in BW
• new features / feature improvement build a bridge between members / normal vols and the dev people as they make the status and ideas for features visible to everybody and provide a basis for the implementation.

Developers should not bother about volunteer attention / volunteer task and just filter them out.
