Modular interface for personal startpage (widgets + sortables)

Description

By creating a modular interface we can let the user decide on the tools he wants to use and see. As the personal startpage is the ideal place to start such a new approach, I propose to change all the information there to modular content that can be activated/deactivated, moved and resized.

It looks an works very nice.. but I'm not sure if we really need such a thing.

I like the idea. But I would like to see also my sent messages, received, drafts as a seperate box. Or also latestet comments... But somehow it doesn't save the changes when you change the forum and go back.

Anyway this customization is great!

What's the status here? Do we still want to use the original box style? Otherwise i would do some markup cleaning and remove the js fold-effect.

I set this to future as we have a new solution now. (not that flexible)
