RSS-Feeds not working

Description

 https://www.bewelcome.org/rss/forumthreads gives error messages + it is not possible to import the feed...

BW Rox version: r6015

My feedreader is also not able to use it. Using  https://alpha.bewelcome.org/rss/ give only a link like above.

this seems to be a http vs. https problem.

As rss links with http seems to work.
