Description
the available right "can edit others posts" has to be extended to allow:
- restriction of right to specific category
- ...

About the status : it is started (and ready for adding more right when we will need) it in the current version in test.bewelcome.org

I really don't want at all to use the TB right system.
As far as I can see, I don't see limits for the current right system for what I foresee as needs for forum. In addition they are tools with very good tracability to manage these rights. In addition to this addition there is also some documentation. I prefer to keep this system

I just want to mention that there is already a basic user and group rights system in the TB blog. Have a look at the code and you will see that you can even use some kind of "admin mode" when your username has go this status (this just hasn't been set so far in the user-tables. I think you just have to change a db-column to another value or so).
I think it makes sense to have a look at the TB user tables & rights system again and see if we can't make good use of it. Somebody thought about it and although Marco is not with us all the time, we still have the right to ask him.
