Param Table

The purpose of this table is to receive all parameters which allow for the BeWelcome website settings

This is to be implemented, the idea is to have some things like

• Param->DisableForum : this could be a variable which could be toggle to true or false in order to disable all forum activity in BeWelcome and to display a "Forum not available" page in place
• Param->DisableForumEditAndReply : this could be a variable which could be toggle to true or false in order to disable all forum writing activity
