Notification in IRC

It would be great to get Trac changes in #bewelcome-dev

The way to do this is to run a bot on our IRC channel that uses Trac's RSS stream.

Options:

•  Eggdrop

guaka has configured a supybot (thanks to Morgan, who doesn't know this yet), for now try

IRC logs in Trac

It would also be awesome to have IRC logs in Trac, for this there is  the IRC logs plugin.

IRC alerts for bv forum / bv wiki? Or bw forum? (for selected tags)

Would be interesting to have as well -- lemon-head
